About the Author
Kendrin Sonneville, ScD, RD, LDN, is Director of Nutrition Training, Division of Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine at Boston Children s Hospital and an Instructor at Harvard Medical School. She also serves as co-director of the Promotion Recognition Education Prevention (PREP) clinic.
She has authored many health guides and blogs for teenaged girls for the Center for Young Women s Health at Boston Children s Hospital. Dr. Sonneville is the inventor of the SonneWheel, an innovative tool that calculates BMI and provides sex- and age-specific BMI percentiles for children ages 2 to 20.
Dr. Sonneville received her ScD from Harvard School of Public Health.
Christopher Duggan, MD, MPH is Director, Clinical Nutrition Service and Associate Professor in the Department of Nutrition at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Duggan's major research interests include the nutritional management of acute and persistent diarrhea, micronutrient trials in developing countries to prevent diarrhea and respiratory infections, the definition of biomarkers of environmental enteroapthy, and general aspects of energy and protein metabolism in catabolic diseases.
He is a pediatric gastroenterologist and nutrition physician at Children s Hospital, Boston and Medical Director of the Center for Advanced Intestinal Rehabilitation, one of the largest centers in the US for the care of children with intestinal failure/chronic diarrhea syndromes.
Dr. Duggan did his undergraduate work at Dartmouth. He received his MD at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and his MPH at Harvard School of Public Health.

Can not read this book in kindle - format desplayed is a mess

The format of the book displayed in the kindle is a mess. No tables contents, all tables are broken, the texts formats are messy....Can't read this book in kindle. I am trying to claim a return or replacement from Amazon.
